"Always out of stock and the wait is annoying"
Every time I stop by to check, the stuff I need is out of stock. It’s even more frustrating when I’ve waited in line for a while just to find out they still don’t have it.

My order showed up in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated along the way, so I always had a good idea of where it was. The packaging could’ve been a little better, but overall I was happy with how fast it arrived. I’d definitely order from them again

"Getting a refund was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to return an item and get a refund, the whole process was frustrating for me. It took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to follow up because the email replies were so slow. I just felt like I was chasing them the whole time. Based on my experience, I’m not really happy with how they handle returns, and I probably won’t order from NIS America again.

I ordered from nisamerica.com and the package showed up quickly. The inside was padded well and the game itself was wrapped securely, so it wasn’t sliding around or anything. That’s what I care about most with shipping, as long as the actual item is protected, the packaging is doing its job.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the outside box had a small dent on one corner. It didn’t affect the game at all, but I did notice it when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with how it was packed and would order again.

"Selection feels a bit limited"
I like a few NIS games, so I was hoping to find more to browse on nisamerica.com, but the selection felt kind of small to me. Maybe I just caught it at a weird time, but a lot of the stuff I was interested in was either missing, sold out, or mostly older titles. It’s probably fine if you already know exactly what you want, but I didn’t find browsing around all that exciting. I just wish there were more options, especially newer ones

I’ve preordered from NIS America a handful of times, and for the most part, everything has shown up eventually. The only thing is the tracking can be kind of slow to update, and one of my orders didn’t ship until after the release day. It’s not a bad experience, just maybe not the most reliable if you’re hoping to get something right away, if that makes sense...

I was so happy when this showed up, like embarrassingly excited over how nice everything looked. The box was clean and really well put together, nothing felt flimsy or cheap, and the little details were way better than I expected. I kind of kept picking it up just to look at it again because it felt that good.
I’ve been using it for a bit now and it still looks great, which is a huge relief because I was ready to be heartbroken if it didn’t hold up. For the price, I seriously have zero complaints. I’d absolutely buy from nisamerica.com again without thinking twice.

"Great deals for budget-minded shoppers"
As someone who tries to stretch my money and always waits for a good sale, I’ve been happy with the prices here. The regular prices are decent, but the discounts are what really make it worth it. I just wish the shipping cost was a little lower because that can take away from the deal sometimes

"Limited edition didn’t feel worth the price"
I was disappointed. For something labeled as a limited edition, it felt way too pricey for what you actually get. I also expected at least some kind of follow-up or check-in after buying it, but there was nothing, which made the whole experience feel even less worth it.

I tried checking out and the payment page froze on me twice, but I still ended up getting charged. it makes me question how reliable the whole system is if something that basic doesn’t work properly.

I was poking around nisamerica.com to look up some game info, it was a smooth little experience. The pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I had to go on a treasure hunt just to find what I needed. I even checked out the checkout process, and it was clear and easy to follow. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a straightforward site that does what it’s supposed to do.

"Order updates were slower than expected"
Communication was okay overall, but the updates on my order were slow. I had to check in a few times myself instead of being kept in the loop. I did get answers eventually, but they weren’t as clear as I’d hoped. i feel like an apology would be fair here, since the whole process left me a bit frustrated...

I checked out the site it seems legit overall. I didn’t notice anything that felt obviously shady, but a few parts look a little outdated and some info could be clearer. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d feel better if I saw more reviews or confirmed the payment options first. I’d probably use it, just not without double-checking a few things
